Annual ATV Ride
By invitation only
Exclusive to Resident ATV owners of Wawaitin Holiday Park & Guests.
Limited # of entries - Registration closes June 25!
Saturday, Canada day weekend.
Orientation 9:00 a.m, leave at 10:00 a.m.
Only $20.00 per ATV includes:
1. Complete trip planning and guide services to and from our destination.
2. Complementary continental breakfast during orientation session.
3. Refreshments, snacks and finger foods served at Post 392. (1:00 p.m.±)
4. Horseshoe tournament with many excellent prizes to be won.
5. Succulent buffet served by the Park's events committee!!!!

Our ride will be done in two legs. The first is expected to take an estimated three hours (25 km) and will leave us midway at Post 392. Here you will be serve beverages scrumptious h’odeurves your to tantalize you taste buds while taking a well deserved rest.
Depending on the group you chose, the second leg of our ride can either be a reciprocal return course (group 1), or a more challenging route we will map for you (group 2). We expect to be back around 4:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to participate in our horseshoe tournament - prizes will be awarded on holiday Monday.
Outdoor Travel Essentials- Don't leave home without 'em!!!!
Current map of the area (provided) and compass. Rainwear (just in case) Gloves, sweater, warm pants and proper footwear. Insect protection, sunglasses, hat, long-sleeved shirt. Sturdy pocket knife, matches or lighter. Know the weather before you leave. Outdoor Travel Tips
Always carry the essentials! Know how to navigate - bring a compass/GPS Do not panic - S.T.O.P: Sit, think, observe and plan Stay where you are if you become lost or separated from the group. Stay sober! Do NOT consume any drugs or alcohol before an outdoor trip The most common mistake- Don't be fooled by thinking that "it could never happen to me." By being prepared, you can enjoy an outdoor trip regardless of what nature throws you.
