Typical Itinerary:
All itineraries are customized and developed based on group size, ages, interests, budget, timing, etc. Your approval is obtained when your reservation is confirmed.

Day 1:
Arrive at Wawaitin Holiday Park 1:00PM. Meet your guide, welcome refreshments, event orientation and registration, wilderness safety training, and your first outdoor meal. Light a fire and learn of the old lumberjack ways!

Day 2:
Local Heritage is the day's theme as you visit the Shania Twain Center and a truly exciting adventure as you descending deep into the Hollinger Gold Mine. Overnight stay and entertainment at Cedar Meadows.

Day 3:
After breakfast, take a horse drawn wagon ride through the local native Wilderness Park. A 'Thanks for Coming' lunch will be served before departing at 1:00PM. Or continue your Retreat by returning to Wawaitin Holiday Park for an afternoon of a hands-on survival techniques training.

Day 4:
Early ride to Cochrane for a 9 AM boarding of the Polar Bear Express to Moosonee. Here you will take a 24' authentic trapper's freight canoe for a tour of Moose Factory Island. Return to Cochrane for an overnight stay at the Station Inn.

Day 5:
You will arrive at Wawaitin Holiday Park midday. Thank you for coming refreshments will be served - WildExodus knows you'll be back!

Package Includes

Equipment appropriate to your event or retreat package (mobile camp, canoe, event passes, etc.), If rental snowmobile or ATV is required a 25% surcharge will apply.
In house and field guide services as part of all wilderness activities.
Bring personal gear (seasonal clothing, tooth brush), applicable riding gear (appropriate foot, eye and hand protection), licenses, special needs etc., camera and not much more than you can put in a backpack and hike with.
